This "thank you" is long over due but very well deserved.
As you know, because of Roger's stroke we decided to sell our home of 33 years.
Our real estate experience was minimal and our concerns were overwhelming. Your reputation, experience, and friendly manner made you our first and only choice. We have never been sorry for that decision.

In 2 days our house was sold and in a short time we found a condo. Because you showed us only what was appropriate for our special needs, we wasted no time or energy from sale/purchase to closing.

We now have a beautiful new home, new friends and are extremely happy!
